Keto Cheddar Jalapeño Pecan Crackers

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup crushed pecans
- 1 tablespoon jalapeño, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 egg yolk
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix the shredded cheddar cheese, crushed pecans, jalapeño, coconut flour, garlic powder, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, whisk the egg yolk and melted butter together.
- Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients, stirring until a dough forms.
- Place the dough between two sheets of parchment paper and roll it out until it’s about 1/8-inch thick.
- Remove the top parchment paper and cut the dough into small squares.
- Transfer the crackers (on the parchment) to the baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
- Let the crackers cool completely before serving. Store in an airtight container.
