Ingredients
- 3 large eggs
- 2 oz cooked bacon, chopped
- 2 oz cooked sausage, crumbled
- 2 oz ham, diced
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon butter
- Chopped chives for garnish
Instructions
- Whisk the eggs, heavy cream, salt, and pepper in a bowl until the mixture is smooth and slightly frothy.
- Warm a nonstick skillet over medium-low heat and melt the butter, tilting the pan to coat the bottom.
- Pour in the egg mixture and cook for 2–3 minutes, gently pulling the cooked edges toward the center so uncooked egg can flow underneath.
- When the omelet is mostly set but still slightly glossy on top, add the bacon, sausage, ham, and cheddar over one side.
- Fold the omelet in half and cook 1–2 minutes more, until the cheese is melted and the eggs are fully set.
- Slide onto a plate and finish with chopped chives. Serve hot.
