Ingredients
- 1 cup almond butter (unsweetened)
- 2 scoops collagen peptides
- 1/3 cup erythritol or monk fruit sweetener
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- Pinch of sea salt
- Optional: 1/4 cup sugar-free dark chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine the almond butter, collagen peptides, erythritol, egg, vanilla extract, baking soda, and sea salt. Stir until well combined.
- If desired, fold in the sugar-free dark chocolate chips for an extra treat.
- Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of the dough and place them on the prepared baking sheet. Press down lightly to flatten the cookies.
