Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix almond flour, protein powder, cocoa powder, sweetener, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
- Add eggs, melted butter, and vanilla. Stir until a thick dough forms.
- Shape the dough into small bat shapes or flatten into rounds and cut wing-like edges. Add a small spoonful of sugar-free caramel filling to the center, then cover with more dough and seal the edges.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes, until set around the edges. Do not overbake if you want a gooey center.
- Cool 15 minutes before serving so the filling thickens slightly.
