  4. Shape the dough into small bat shapes or flatten into rounds and cut wing-like edges. Add a small spoonful of sugar-free caramel filling to the center, then cover with more dough and seal the edges.
  5. Bake for 10–12 minutes, until set around the edges. Do not overbake if you want a gooey center.
  6. Cool 15 minutes before serving so the filling thickens slightly.
